Under the patronage of Darulfatwa Australia, the Islamic Charity Projects Association held its annual celebration commemorating the blessed birth of Prophet Muhammad ( peace be upom him ) in Canberra , in an atmosphere filled with joy and happiness, with the participation of members from the diverse Muslim communities across the capital.
This blessed occasion brought Muslims together in an expression of love and happiness for the birth of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, while reaffirming the values of tolerance, mutual respect, and positive coexistence within the wider community.
The celebration program included a beautiful recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an, along with Islamic nasheeds and praises in honour of the Prophet ﷺ. The event also featured speeches and contributions that added to the joyful and spiritual atmosphere of the occasion.
Sheikh Fawaz Abboud delivered the Mawlid address, highlighting aspects of the life and noble character of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and emphasising the importance of following his guidance and teachings in daily life.
Sheikh Dr. Ahmed Samir Al-Azhari also spoke, explaining that love for the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) fills the hearts of believers,as he is the exemplary Messenger who illuminated the world through his guidance and mercy. He further emphasised the importance of following the Prophet’s example in our conduct and interactions with others and in promoting goodness, mercy, and peace within society.
The celebration was attended by a number of distinguished guests, community representatives, and members of various Muslim communities. Their presence reflected the diversity, harmony, and positive coexistence that characterise the Muslim community in Canberra.
At the conclusion of the occasion, the Islamic Charitable Projects Association extended its sincere thanks and appreciation to all guests, attendees, volunteers, and everyone who contributed to organising and making this blessed celebration a success.
تحت رعاية دار الفتوى – أستراليا أقامت جمعية المشاريع الخيرية الإسلامية في أستراليا احتفالها السنوي في كانبرا بمناسبة ذكرى المولد النبوي الشريف، في أجواءٍ سادها الفرح والابتهاج، وبمشاركة واسعة من أبناء الجالية في المدينة.
وجمع هذا الاحتفال المبارك المسلمين في مناسبة عبّرت عن المحبة والفرح بمولد سيدنا محمد ﷺ، ورسّخت قيم التسامح والتعايش الحسن والتآلف بين أبناء المجتمع.
وتضمّن برنامج الاحتفال تلاوةً عطرةً من آيات القرآن الكريم، إلى جانب الأناشيد والمدائح النبوية ، فضلاً عن الكلمات والمشاركات التي أضفت على المناسبة أجواءً من الفرح و المحبة.
وألقى الشيخ فضيلة الشيخ فواز عبود كلمة المولد، تناول فيها جوانب من سيرة النبي محمد ﷺ وأخلاقه العظيمة، مؤكداً أهمية الاقتداء بهديه وتعاليمه في حياتنا اليومية. كما تحدث أيضا الشيخ الدكتور احمد سمير الازهري حيث بين أن محبة النبي ﷺ تملأ قلوب المؤمنين، فهو الرسول القدوة الذي أنار الدنيا بهديه ورحمته، وأن على المسلم أن يقتدي به في سلوكه وتعاملاته مع الآخرين، وأن يسعى إلى نشر الخير والرحمة والسلام في المجتمع.
وفي ختام المناسبة، تتقدم جمعية المشاريع الخيرية الإسلامية بخالص الشكر والتقدير إلى جميع الضيوف والحضور والمتطوعين، وإلى كل من ساهم في تنظيم وإنجاح هذا الاحتفال المبارك، سائلين الله تعالى أن يعيده على الجميع بالخير واليمن والبركات.
